The bottom center of the screen communicates what is setting the screen center as follows: Panning - You've dragged the screen to an arbitrary center Preferred - The screen zoom and center are at the preferred setting (Screen / Preferred / Save) Await(call-SS) - APRSISCE/32 is waiting for call-SS to beacon a position which will then be Followed Track(call-SS) - APRSISCE/32 is tracking the indicated callsign (See also Screen / Follow / Locked) S - South - APRSISCE/32 is tracking and locked onto Me (Screen / Follow / Me)
