If anyone has the latest TLE for this thing, or a link to the same, please post it here. There's tools out there (like gpredict, IIRC) that will let you specify a TLE and get a forecast track for your coordinates, and who knows, I just might be able to bang something quickly together in APRSISCE/32, but maybe not in time to see this one actually go by.

Lynn (D) - KJ4ERJ - Author of APRSISCE for Windows Mobile and Win32

1991-063B (#(21701) UARS

USSTRATCOM posted on 23 September. 15:33 UTC posted the decay on:
24 September,03:34 UTC +/- 09 hours descending over 36°S, 54.8°E (Indian Ocean, SE of Madagascar).

I had now a close look on the up and downs of the ballistic coefficient during the last days and calculated a new mean minimum cross section. There is a lot noise in this data.
A further shift of the decay onward is
possible
With the derived parameter my program delivers:

24 September, 03:46 UTC +/- 90 minutes ascending over 56.91°S, 121.14°E (Indian Ocean)

Let us look and see….

Harro
