We have just started re-building our APRS network here in central Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. W5ANR-9 is back on the air digipeating from Cavanal Hill near Poteau, Oklahoma. I need to get APRSIS32 back up and running on my computer so I can monitor the network. I installed the new version this afternoon but noticed that it does not "play fair" with Windows10 on installation. No desktop icon and it does not show up in my Apps list. Is it possible to correct this?
