						 <p>The file you downloaded should have been a .ZIP file. If you double-click that .ZIP, Windows will show you the APRSIS32.EXE inside the .ZIP, but double-clicking that WILL NOT WORK! It will exhibit exactly the behavior that you describe.</p> <p>You need to create a new folder and UNZIP the downloaded file into that folder then double-click the APRSIS32.EXE inside that folder.</p> <p>If you don't know how to do that, find a higher-level Windows user and let them read this message. 						 <p>Yes connected to web.it downloaded and windows showed as application and click and it would bring up the window to type in your callsign and passcode etc. Did that ad hit ok and just get a blinking loading bar.</p>

						 <p>Does your tablet have Internet access while you are doing this installation?</p> <p>And did you create a new folder and unzip the download into that new folder before running it? You cannot just double-click the download or double-click the .EXE inside. You MUST unzip it it into a non-protected directory and execute (double-click) the .EXE from there.</p>
