New APRSIS port says open but does not switch to OK
I'm using a Kenwood d7 with APRSIS. I had it working some long while ago but cannot get it to function now even though
I have reinstalled a few times.
I set up a new COM3 port . I know the port is open as I have checked it with Putty Software. When the port is enabled
it says Port Open but never switches to Port OK.
As a result a packet although registered on the Kenwood does not show up on the map.
Can anyone please help to show a route to getting the port to move to OK so I can use the software.
